• This company is on time, but very shady when it comes to customer satisfaction. When I had my items delivered to my new home, the crew chief felt it was his responsibility to ensure I knew that his boss was calling him to hurry up so that he could depart and go help another crew. This resulted in an uncomfortable environment. A-1 was responsible to unload and empty boxes. I decided not to push the issue (my mistake). Needless to say, when I asked the company about it later, the office told me they were calling the crew chief to see if they needed help. (Someone is not being honest). This was a very bad experience from my perspective. I recommend to contact the company office prior to signing paperwork and releasing the crew. I cannot recommend this company to anyone bases on the appearance of dishonest actions. The crew did not even have tools to put furniture items together. They had to use my tools. Pretty shady if you ask me. One star rating is too high. (Jakesst, 10/19/2009)
